A privately held investment company dedicated to acquiring and growing a successful business through hands-on leadership, strategic expertise, and long-term operational excellence.
Hoco5 is a Toronto-based, privately held holding company that exists solely for the purpose of making a single investment in a successful business whose owner is seeking to divest all (or a majority) of their shares. Hoco5 is not a private equity firm.

Hoco5 is led by Steven Page, an entrepreneur with a 40+ year track record of founding and operating numerous successful businesses across various industries. Steven successfully scaled and exited his logistics company, Stalco Inc., in 2020.

Steven is a hands-on entrepreneur who wants to invest a significant portion of his own capital into a single investment and is committed to focusing 100% of his efforts toward operating and growing a profitable business.

In addition to capital and hands-on commitment to an acquisition, Hoco5 will bring seasoned business and operations talent that will also be fully aligned to ensure the long-term success of the business.
